“Anything I've done up till 28th Jan, 2011 was kind of an illusion, existing without living. My daughter, the birth of my daughter, gave me life.” Twisha is born full term through C-section on 28/01/2011 in Westmead Hospital, Sydney. Soon after her birth Doctor took her for further diagnosis of abnormality as they knew that she might have some birth defect. I just had a glance to see her. After having some tests and X-Rays, it was confirmed that Twisha was not able to swallow because her upper Oesophagus was ended in blind pouch. So nothing can go into her stomach from mouth. They presume Twisha might have a large gap between her both ends of oesophagus as her upper end of oesophagus just ended up to her neck. To measure exact gap between both the ends of oesophagus doctors needed to do Gap study. Immediately she was transferred to the Grace Ward NICU in Westmead Children Hospital, Sydney, Australia.
